  It is the Easter holiday weekend, so unfortunately the passing of my grandmother was very inconvenient for the older man with no compassion. I told him I was in mourning and I could sense that I was a sale he just didn't need. He replied with a snarky comment about Easter nd having another funeral. The tears that had already been falling were of no concern to him. I left with a few choice words of my own and he gave me the sarcastic "have a nice day". A sensitivity chip is clearly missing!
