    Well-maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I'm giving it less than 5 stars is because the walls, ceilings, and floors are particularly thin. You will know all the details of your neighbor's lives. That being said, the apartments themselves are nice. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances in the kitchen, gas range, each unit has a washer and dryer and dish washer. There is also a small gym in the club house with a couple treadmills, ellipticals, one stationary bike, and a few weight stations. It's my understanding that they recently changed their pet policy. Now, no pets are allowed unless they are service animals. I've been very happy so far living here

    Managment seems to be a little off their rocker. DNA testing the dogs? And the amount of deposits needed to move here? No thanks. Especially not with the Riverline going off all day
