  We bought a desk and chair for our home office from Jarons and had a GREAT experience. I was hesitant to do so at first, as I have heard of difficulties with people buying furniture in general, delivery issues, damaged furniture, etc... I shared my concerns with the store owner and manager, and they offered to attempt to unpack the desk and chair when it arrived in their store to make sure there were no damages. When the items arrived their they were able to unpack and check the chair - but the desk was too big to do this, and they called me to let me know this. At my request, they agreed to let me pay the balance for the desk/chair when it arrived at my home after I was able to verify that there were no damages or other issues. When the desk and chair arrived, all was OK. They went out of their way for me and were able to provide great service and they communicated well. Thank you Jarons! Michael and Angela

  We just bought a beautiful bed with memory foam for my daughter. The sales person, Lisa, was very helpful without being pushy. Delivery was prompt and courteous. We would be happy to buy from Jaron's again.
